CABINS & RATES
Here at October Ridge, we have 7 modern cabins along with our Mobile Home. They all are smoke free now and have full kitchens, including pots, pans, dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and oven, and a picnic table. The Bathrooms all have tub/shower combinations, and most have Memory Foam mattresses.
Rates
Rates shown are if paid by cash/or check, if paying by CC or Debit card there is a
4% surcharge, tax is not included in prices
Summer rates run from May 1st through September 1st. Rent for Cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, and the Mobile Home are based on a 1-4 person occupancy and Cabins 5,6 and 7 are based on 1-2 person occupancy. Extra Guests: $15/Night each, $80/week each

Our normal weekly schedules in the Summer go from Saturday to Saturday, however we can sometimes work around this, so don't be afraid to ask! We also have a 2-night minimum if you are just looking to stay for a weekend.

Fall/Winter rates run from September 1st through May 1st and are based on a 1-2 person occupancy for all of the cabins except the Mobile Home is 1-4 person. There is a 3 night minimum charge.
**Wireless Internet and Satellite TV are available for free!
** Air Conditioning is available in most units for an additional fee

Cabin 1: The Deer Haven
Located lakeside and the closest to the docks and the beach. It has two bedrooms, each with a full-size bed. There is also a full-size log futon in the living room, satellite TV, a full bathroom, and full kitchen with a microwave. It has the capacity to fit 6 people and is winterized each year, with running water all year round.
Summer: $145/night, $860/week 1-4 pers
Fall and Winter: $125/night, 1-2 pers $700/week
Cabin 2: The Wolf's Den
Located lakeside. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and the other with full-size bunk beds. In the living room there is a full-size log futon, satellite TV, a full kitchen with a microwave, and a full bathroom. The max capacity of this cabin is 8 people,
and it is winterized, with running water all year round.

Located lakeside. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a full size bed. There is a full-size log futon in the living room, satellite TV,
a full kitchen with a microwave, and a full bathroom. The cabin’s max capacity is 6 people, and it is winterized, with running

Cabin 5: The Eagle's Nest
A one-bedroom cabin with all handmade log furniture, including a full-size log bed in the bedroom. There is also a full-size Log futon in the living room, satellite TV, a full kitchen with a microwave, and a full bathroom. This cabin, while not lakeside, has nice view of the lake and yard. It is a newly-remodeled, rustic cabin with modern facilities. The max sleeping capacity of this cabin is 4 people. It is winterized, so there is running water all year.

The Mobile Home
Our roomiest unit; it is lakeside and has 2 bedrooms, each with a full-size bed. The cabin has 2 full-size log futons in the living room, a full bathroom, a spacious full kitchen with a microwave and satellite TV. The cabin has the capacity for 8 people and is winterized, with running water all year.

Cabin 6: The Moose Lodge
NEW in September 2013. This cabin has one bedroom on the main floor and has a loft (which has a 4ft. ceiling meant for sleeping) with 2 full-sized beds. It has a full-size futon in the living room, full bathroom, a full kitchen with a microwave, and satellite TV. It also has a screened-in porch with an indoor picnic table. The cabin has a capacity of 8 people and is winterized, with running water all year.

Cabin 7: The Loon's Nest
NEW in August 2017. There is one bedroom on the main floor, and 2 full size beds in the loft, which has a short, 4ft ceiling meant for sleeping. It has a full-size futon in the living room, a full kitchen with a microwave, a full bathroom and satellite TV. It also has a screened-in porch with an indoor picnic table. The cabin’s capacity is 8 people, and it is winterized, with running water year round.
