CABINS   &   RATES

Here at October Ridge, we have 7 modern cabins along with our Mobile Home. They all are smoke free now and have full kitchens, including pots, pans, dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and oven, and a picnic table. The Bathrooms all have tub/shower combinations, and most have Memory Foam mattresses.

Rates

Summer rates run from May 1st through September 1st. Rent for Cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, and the Mobile Home are based on a 1-4 person occupancy and Cabins 5,6 and 7 are based on 1-2 person occupancy. Extra Guests: $15/Night each, $75/week each

Our normal weekly schedules in the Summer go from Saturday to Saturday, however we can sometimes work around this, so don't be afraid to ask! We also have a 2-night minimum if you are just looking to stay for a weekend.

Fall/Winter rates run from September 1st through May 1st and are based on a 1-2 person occupancy for all of the cabins except the Mobile Home is 1-4 person. There is a 2-night minimum 

**Wireless Internet and Satellite TV are available for free!

** Air Conditioning is available in most units for an additional fee

Cabin 1: The Deer Haven

...is located lakeside and the closest to the docks and the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a full-size bed. There is also a full-size log futon in the living room, satellite TV, a full bathroom, and full kitchen with a microwave. It has the capacity to fit 6 people and is winterized each year, with running water all year round.

Cabin 2: The Wolf's Den

...is located lakeside. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and the other with full-size bunk beds. In the living room there is a full-size log futon, satellite TV, a full kitchen with a microwave, and a full bathroom. The max capacity of this cabin is 8 people, and it is winterized, with running water all year round.

Cabin 3: The Northern Flight

...is located lakeside. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a full size bed. There is a full-size log futon in the living room, satellite TV, a full kitchen with a microwave, and a full bathroom. The cabin’s max capacity is 6 people, and it is winterized, with running water all year.​

Cabin 4: The Bear's Den

...is lakeside. It has 2 bedrooms one with a full-size bed and the other with full-size bunk beds. There is also a full-size log futon in the living room, satellite TV, a full kitchen with a microwave, and a full bathroom. The cabin’s max capacity is 8 people, and it is also winterized, with running water all year.

Cabin 5: The Eagle's Nest

...is a one-bedroom cabin with all handmade log furniture, including a full-size log bed in the bedroom. There is also a full-size Log futon in the living room, satellite TV, a full kitchen with a microwave, and a full bathroom. This cabin, while not lakeside, has nice view of the lake and yard. It is a newly-remodeled, rustic cabin with modern facilities. The max sleeping capacity of this cabin is 4 people. It is winterized, so there is running water all year.

Fall and Winter:  $115/night, $660/week

The Mobile Home

...is our roomiest unit; it is lakeside and has 2 bedrooms, each with a full-size bed. The cabin has 2 full-size log futons in the living room, a full bathroom, a spacious full kitchen with a microwave and satellite TV. The cabin has the capacity for 8 people and is winterized, with running water all year.

Cabin 6: The Moose Lodge

...was NEW in September 2013. This cabin has one bedroom on the main floor and has a loft (which has a 4ft. ceiling meant for sleeping) with 2 full-sized beds. It has a full-size futon in the living room, full bathroom, a full kitchen with a microwave, and satellite TV.  It also has a screened-in porch with an indoor picnic table. The cabin has a capacity of 8 people and is winterized, with running water all year.

Cabin 7: The Loon's Nest

...was NEW in August 2017. There is one bedroom on the main floor, and 2 full size beds in the loft, which has a short, 4ft ceiling meant for sleeping. It has a full-size futon in the living room, a full kitchen with a microwave, a full bathroom and satellite TV. It also has a screened-in porch with an indoor picnic table. The cabin’s capacity is 8 people, and it is winterized, with running water year round.

Summer:  $115/night, $700/week
Fall and Winter:  $115/night, $660/week

Pets (DOGS ONLY, and must be leashed and cleaned up after): $15/Night, $80/week each dog

Air Conditioning: additional $20/day, $80/week (1 time set up)

 • $250 Deposit to reserve a cabin per week reserved
• Please bring your own bathroom linens & soap

• All weekly fall cabin rentals include a 16' boat without a           motor
• Live bait, including fatheads, leeches and nightcrawlers          available at market price.
• GAS - Regular premium 91 octane and mixed - are both          available and subject to market price

• Motors:  9.9 horsepower 4 stroke motors $40/Night,             $185/Week.........9.9 Electric Start EFI motors, $50Day       or $215/Week 
 • 16 ft Pontoon (40 horsepower 4 stroke motor, depth              finder, & lights): $90/day, $425/week
